No returns

We do not accept product returns because of tampering and product-integrity concerns. Once a product has left our care, we cannot verify its storage conditions or whether it has been altered, even if the packaging appears unopened.

Please review the product labels, intended use, quantities and your order details before completing your purchase. Products cannot be returned because of a change of mind.

Damaged, incorrect or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item or is missing an item, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Keep the packaging and, where applicable, include clear photographs of the package and affected products so the issue can be reviewed. Do not send products back without instructions.

Your rights

This no-returns policy does not limit any rights or remedies you may have under applicable law, including those relating to goods that are not delivered or are defective.
